Law Automotive
Motorsports Connection
Winning is when opportunity & good preparation meet. We are proud of our racing history & successes.
The Law family has been involved in local racing since the 50's & 60's with drivers like Jim Agans, Jim Moughan Sr. , Jim Patrick, Joe Ross Sr. & Jr., Larry Hughes, Justin Allgaier, and Kelly Kovski. A vertiable who's who in local dirt track racing. These driver's have combined for countless track championships, fast times, heat, trophy dash & feature wins. Roland Law, the president of Law Automotive Inc. even competed as a NHRA drag racing member behind the wheel of his own Super Pro 69 Nova and 69 Camaro owned by Hank Endzelis who's drag racing endeavors are still sponsored by Law Automotive.
Law Automotive and Roland Law continue the 9 year dirt late model racing program with Justin Allgaier Motorsports. The late model & ARCA program began in Roland's personal 2 car workshop at home and has cummulated to a large operation for the ARCA program at the Justin Allgaier Motorsports Complex that his father, Mike Allgaier has built. As for the late model program it has grown to the extent to be moved to the recently acquired Law Automotive II location in Springfield.
2008 was a year that didn't allow any mentionable time in the late model...but it was to date the greatest year for Justin's professional racing career. Justin & his mostly volunteer crew went onto claim the 2008 ARCA remax series championship. Roland & family were proud to be present to watch the winning race and see our champion take his awards both at Toledo and then at the ARCA banquet. The Law family is even more proud to say they witnessed the rise of a true champion from seeing him race in the beginning in quarter midgets, to their participation in his racing endeavors, and all the way up to where he is now, racing for Roger Penske in the Nascar Nationwide Series in the Verizon Wireless Dodge #12! 2009 is Justin's rookie season, and it's not known if he will be able to race the 1a again in the near future. But if the opportunity presents itself, the Law family will reassemble the crew of : Roland Law, Joe Taft, Rick Putnam, Mike Allgaier, Kelly Kovski, Jimmy Winterbauer, Chris Usherwood and get the 1a ready to race at a dirt track perhaps near home. We wish Justin the best of luck, and hope he continues to make all of us proud of him!
What we learn on the race track directly benefits our customers. Knowing how to get the most out of a racecar enables to help us get the most performance, dependability. longevity and usefullness out of your personal vehicle. |
